This chime is from the top of our line: solid brass sleigh bells and a primary black strap with green or red trim. Very smart! And the deep tones the solid brass bells emit! Hang over a door knob or nail.
This door hanger was photographed on a paneled door whose cross-beams are 4 3/4" high and 5" wide.

Solid Brass ring is 3" external diameter; 2 1/2" internal diameter.
Chime is:
- 2 7/8" wide
- 10 1/2" from top of leather stem to bottom
- 13 1/8" from top of brass ring to bottom of strap
