Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs for all items except wagons will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Each wagon product page includes shipping costs to each state so you know what your total will be before you check out. Then you will receive a revised Invoice from us including your shipping costs.

Q: Why can't I add some pieces of furniture to the shopping cart?
A: Because these items can only be shipped by freight and we have to custom design your shipping based on your zip code and your delivery preferences. Unfortunately, this technology is not based on customization! Therefore, we have to consummate the sale off line.

Q: You keep discussing all the finishes you offer for each piece of furniture, but I only see one style that's available to order. How can I order another style of finish?
A: If that finish is not available online, please e-mail us or phone us at 866.471.4614 and we'll be happy to place your order for you.

Q: In a recent trip to Lancaster County, I saw something I wanted to buy but then didn't. Could you help me?
A: Yes, we can. Our Personal Shopper Service will take down your information on exactly what you want and where you saw it, and we'll try to find it for you.

Q: I would like to buy something that I think is Amish-made but I don't see it here. Do you accept suggestions?
